1. How do I place an order?
Easy-peasy. Find something you love, choose your custom options, add it to your basket, and checkout. Done. If you’d rather keep it old-school, you can also email your order to enquiries@pragmatic-print.co.uk — just include your order number, product name, and instructions. That said, checkout is always faster and helps us get your order moving with less chance of mix-ups.

2. How do I send my image or design?
If you’ve got your design ready, the best way is to upload it at checkout — fastest turnaround, fewer emails, happy days. But if you prefer, you can email it to enquiries@pragmatic-print.co.uk after ordering (just remember to include your order number).

3. What file types do you accept?
Most of the usual suspects: JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG. Send us the highest quality file you have — crisp images mean crisp prints. Not sure if your file is good enough? Send it over before ordering and we’ll give it the thumbs-up (or tell you how to fix it).

4. Can I customise any product?
Almost! If a product is customisable, you’ll see the option right on its page. If not, give us a shout — we love a challenge.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?
We (and our trusted print partners) usually ship in 3–7 working days, but please allow up to 7–14 days just in case. Busy seasons, complicated designs, or the occasional postal hiccup can add a little extra time — but it’s always worth the wait.

6. Will my order arrive in one delivery?
Maybe, maybe not. Some products are made in different locations, so they could arrive in separate parcels. Don’t worry — they’ll all be safely packaged and on their way to you.

7. Where are your products made and shipped from?
We work with top-notch print partners in the UK and EU. That means faster shipping for you, lower carbon footprint for the planet, and top-quality printing all round.
